Where we deliver

We deliver across Nepal, from Thamel to the trailheads. Enter your area at checkout to see the delivery charge and how long it takes.

Kathmandu valley

• Thamel and central Kathmandu: usually within 3 hours if you order before 4 p.m.
• Inside the Ring Road and central Lalitpur: same day or next morning.
• Outside the Ring Road and Bhaktapur: within one working day.

Delivery is free in central Kathmandu for orders of Rs 3,000 or more.

Outside the valley

Pokhara, Chitwan and other cities usually take two to three days. Remote districts such as Solukhumbu and Mustang depend on flights and road conditions and can take a week or more, so order well before your trek starts.

Leaving for a trek soon?

Tell us your flight or bus date in the order note. We can hold your order for pickup at our Thamel shop, or deliver it to your hotel the evening before you leave.

Delivery charges

The charge depends on your area and is shown at checkout before you confirm. Large parcels such as expedition tents and duffels travel at the same rate.

Before we send it

We call to confirm every order. Please answer calls from our shop number so your parcel is not delayed.

When it arrives

Check the parcel in front of the rider. If a box is damaged or something is missing, tell the rider and call us the same day.

Items we do not ship

Gas canisters, fuel and lighters are sold in store only.
