When you order from Everest Outdoors we keep your name, phone number, email address and delivery address, plus the items you buy. If you create an account we also keep your wishlist, saved addresses and order history so you can reorder gear for your next trek.

How we use it

• To deliver your order and call you to confirm it before it leaves our Thamel shop.
• To send order updates, receipts and warranty details by email or SMS.
• To help with returns, exchanges and repairs.
• To send offers, but only if you ask for them. You can stop them at any time from your account.

Who sees it

Only our shop team and the delivery partner carrying your parcel see your details. We never sell your information. We share it with authorities only when Nepali law requires it.

Payments

You pay in cash when your order arrives, so we never store card numbers.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as the law requires for tax purposes, usually six years. You can ask us to close your account and remove your personal details at any time.

Cookies

Our website uses a small number of cookies to keep you signed in and remember your cart. We do not use them to follow you around other websites.

Your choices

You can see and correct your details in your account at any time, download your order history, and choose whether to receive offers by email.
