Everest Outdoors is run by Everest Outdoors Trading Pvt. Ltd., Chaksibari Marg, Thamel, Kathmandu. By placing an order on this website you agree to these terms.

Prices and VAT

Prices are shown in Nepali rupees before VAT. 13% VAT is added at checkout and shown on your bill. Offer prices apply only while the offer is running and while stock lasts.

Orders

• After you place an order we call you to confirm it. We may cancel an order we cannot confirm by phone.
• If an item turns out to be out of stock we will call you and offer another size or colour, or cancel that item.
• Quantities of discounted items may be limited per customer.

Payment

We accept cash on delivery. Please keep the exact amount ready where you can, especially outside Kathmandu.

Using our gear safely

Trekking and climbing in the Himalaya carry real risks. Our staff give advice in good faith, but you are responsible for choosing gear that suits your route, the season and your experience. Climbing hardware, helmets and harnesses must be used by trained people or under a qualified guide.

Gas canisters

Gas canisters and fuel are sold in store only and are never shipped.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page on the day you order is the one that applies.

Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. We will always try to sort out a problem with you directly first.
