Returns and exchanges

Wrong size? We will swap it

Boots, jackets and base layers must fit well on the trail. If a size is not right, bring or send it back within 14 days of delivery and we will exchange it for another size or colour, free of charge, while stock lasts.

Sizing help before you buy

• Boots: we fit with a thumb width of space in front of your toes. Try them on with trekking socks, in the afternoon when your feet are largest.
• Down jackets and shells: choose a size that closes comfortably over a fleece.
• Base layers should fit close to the skin without pulling.
• Packs: we measure your back length in store and adjust the pack with weight inside.

Returns for a refund

Unused items in their original packaging with tags attached can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

What we cannot take back

• Items that have been used on a trek or washed
• Socks, liners and base layers once the seal or tag is removed
• Climbing hardware, harnesses and helmets once used
• Gas and fuel

Faulty items

If something is faulty when it arrives we will replace it or refund you in full, including the delivery charge. See our gear care and warranty page for faults that appear later.

How to start

Call us or write to help@everestoutdoors.test with your order number. Refunds are paid in cash at our shop or by bank transfer within 5 working days of receiving the item.
